Apples 🍎 🍏
Red, yellow, and green... crunchy... sweet... sour... juicy... yummy. We had so much fun exploring apples!! If your child came home singing "Ring around the Apple Tree" you're welcome!! 🤣 So simple... so fun... here are the words: Ring Around the Apple Tree All full of Apples Shake it shake it They all Fall Down We learned the parts of an apple and how they grow. We had an apple taste test and red won. We made apples out of play dough and apple prints. We measured how tall we were with apples... super accurate I know but all of our preschool kiddos are 12,13,14, or 15 apples tall. We even did an anti bullying activity with an apple by talking mean to 1 and throwing it around and talking nicely to another... we cut them open and saw how bruised and yucky the one we talked mean to was on the inside 😞 We read a lot of books about apples and finished the week with my favorite apple book "Ten Apples Up On Top" and used the rest of our apples to make yummy applesa
