Last week at PLA Academy, we had a blast celebrating Dr. Seuss! We spent the whole week exploring his whimsical world through stories, silly activities, and creative art projects. Here's a peek into our Seuss-tacular week: Monday: We kicked things off with everyone's favorite troublemaker, The Cat in the Hat! We donned our hats and sported red and white to match the iconic story. Instead of an individual art project, we collaborated on a giant Cat in the Hat hat – a masterpiece to remember! Tuesday: It was Silly Sock Day! Inspired by "The Foot Book," we unleashed our inner artists by walking through paint and across a long sheet of paper, leaving behind colorful footprints and mixing colors as we went. Wednesday: Get ready for "Wacky Wednesday!" Our classroom transformed into a land of the unexpected.
